At Repair Wala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly, ensuring a smooth resolution process for any issues that may arise.

1. Service Charges

•  Payments for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
•  Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable once the assessment is completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

•  Service requests can be canceled up to 1/2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.
•  Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched or arrived on-site may incur a cancellation fee, equivalent to the technician visit charges.

3. Partial Refunds

•  If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of parts, a partial refund may be issued, based on the work already performed and at Repair Wala's discretion.

4. Replacement Parts

•  Refunds for replacement parts are governed by the return and refund policies of the part’s supplier or manufacturer.
•  Replacement parts can only be returned if they are defective, incorrect, or unused. Return requests for spare parts must be made within 48 hours of delivery or installation and the parts must be returned in original condition with all accessories and documentation.

5. Refund Requests

•  Customers must submit refund requests within 7 calendar days from the date of service completion.
•  Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Process

•  Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through Razorpay or the original payment method.
•  The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
