Service Scope & Pricing
1.1 Service Estimates
- The cost of service is determined based on the type, condition, and complexity of the appliance repair.
- An estimate will be provided prior to service initiation, subject to customer approval.
1.2 Replacement Parts
- If replacement parts are necessary, the additional costs will be communicated in advance and added to the final service charge.
- Only genuine, high-quality parts are used for all replacements.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Methods
- Payments may be made via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), direct bank transfer, cash, or other accepted digital payment methods.
2.2 Payment Timeline
- Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For advance payments, services will commence upon receipt of payment confirmation.
2.3 Verification Requirement
- Customers must verify the business name "Repair Wala" before making any UPI or online payment.
- For cash payments, a receipt must be obtained at the time of payment. Repair Wala is not responsible for disputes where payment receipts are not issued.
2.4 Failed Transactions
- In case of payment failure through online methods, alternative payment through cash or UPI is required.
- Customers should immediately notify our support team in case of failed or duplicate transactions.
